The goal of the workshop is to be aware what is crucial to build and lead a high performing team. It aims at people who do or want to lead any kind of groups or teams, no matter in work or private life.

We will define what it takes to create a high performing team and what high performing teams usually have in common.

We will listen to some inspiring experience and translate mission to vision to goals.

We will exchange on topics like core values, leadership by example, and stretching comfort zones. Includes working in sub-groups.

Short vita

Ben Weiß, CFO, 20 years of experience with leadership roles of small and large teams in various countries and cultures.

Notes

Please accept that we charge for this event in order to pay for the rent of the room. It would be unfair to include the rent into the base fee of the IBD+ 2025 making everyone pay for it instead of just those attending the presentations and workshops. Furthermore, experience from former annual gatherings in Germany have shown that if a presentation or workshop has a price tag rather those interested sign up for it thus offering them a better chance to get a slot. Thank you.
