Lasertag is a sporty activity where participants use infrared-emitting light guns to tag designated enemy targets. These are worn by each player to register hits and are sometimes integrated within the arena.

There are different game modes, for example playing in teams against each other. In the game you run through the arena and can hide behind various obstacles to protect you against the shots of your opponents. In short: we will have a lot of fun 🙂

We booked a slot of two hours where everyone can do four games of twelve minutes.

Before and after that we recommend you combine the lasertag activity with some other event in Wuppertal and a nice ride with the "Wuppertaler Schwebebahn" which is like a flying tram (nearest station is Wuppertal Adlerbrücke or Alter Markt).

Travel time is about 100 minutes
... including some potential waiting time for the trains you will take and the time locally in Wuppertal.
  • Take the foot bridge in front of Maritim Hotel towards the airport terminal C
  • Head for the local transport train station in the basement of terminal C "Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal (S)"
  • Take the local train S1 or S11 to Düsseldorf central station "Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof" (5 stops)
  • Take the local train RE4 towards "Dortmund Hbf"
    Or the local train RE13 towards "Hamm/Wesfalen Hbf"
    Or the local train S8 towards "Wuppertal Oberbarmen"
  • Get off at "Wuppertal Barmen"
  • Continue as detailed below

Directions (from Wuppertal Barmen)

Travel time is some 15 minutes
  • Take exit "Wuppertal Barmen Bf"
  • Take bus 617 towards "Am Eckbusch" or Bus 637 towards "Velbert Nierenhof"
  • Get off at "Bromberger Straße"
  • FunFabrik is located diagonally across the street from the bus stop

Hint: You want to visit several events in Solingen and/or Wuppertal so that you have to spend over an hour to get to that region.
Please note that the train runs some 5 minutes between "Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof" - "Wuppertal Barmen" - "Wuppertal Oberbarmen"
