The first synagogue - located at Kasernenstraße - was burned down during the November pogroms in 1938.
In September 1958 the New Synagogue was inaugurated. The round building is located at Paul-Spiegel-Platz in Düsseldorf-Golzheim.
There are 250 seats for men and 150 seats for women in the gallery.
Hazzan Malinsky (cantor) will guide us through the synagogue.

- Take the foot bridge in front of Maritim Hotel towards the airport terminal C
- Head for the local transport train station in the basement of terminal C "Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal (S)"
- Take the bus 721 in direction "D-Adlerstraße" up to "D-Bankstraße" (12 stops)
- Walk on "Roßstraße" in the same direction the bus took for a bit over a block
- Turn left into "Zietenstraße"
- The destination is near the end of the block

- Take the bus 721 in direction "D-Flughafen Term. A(B/C" up to "D-Bankstraße" (12 stops)
- So proceed from there as detailed above noting that you start out on "Roßstraße" in the opposite direction of the bus
