A very special experience: spend some time with alpacas. Experience the fascination that emanates from their gentle, curious nature.
During your visit to the pasture
- we will introduce you to all the alpacas living with us
- learn interesting facts about this charming animal species
- we will stay in the middle of the herd
- you can of course take photos
- and of course ask lots of questions
We meet half an hour before at the railway station and then walk together to the pasture. We will spend about one hour with the alpaca herd.
Notes
Please remind everybody, they need to have the following items with them:
- badge: the badge is required to use the public transport and gain access to the event
- tickets: the paper slip tickets (in combination with the badge) are required to gain access to the event
Important notes
Outside, not covered. There is no toilet on site.
The event will take place even if it rains (with the exception of thunderstorms).

Travel time is about 55 minutes ... including some waiting time for the trains you will take since being late is no option.
- Leave the Maritim Hotel through the main entrance on the ground floor next to the reception
- Turn left and walk past the staircase tower of "Parking 8" towards the airport building and DO NOT enter it, but follow the sidewalk up to the bus and taxi station
- Take the bus 760 (platform 5) in the direction "D-Roßpfad" to "D-Freiligrathplatz" (every 20 minutes)
- Take the subway U79 in direction "Duisburg Meiderich Bf" up to "D-Froschenteich" (every 20 minutes)
- The guide will meet you there

Travel time is approx. 55 minutes
- The local train U79 passes through "Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof"
- Take it and proceed as indicated above
