The Hotel is located directly at Düsseldorf airport (DUS) - just a short walk across the street or using a foot bridge.
Düsseldorf's central railway station is connected via S-Bahn line S11 to "Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal" close to Maritim Hotel.
Or take the train to the railway station "Düsseldorf Flughafen" and from there the Sky Train to the airport terminal near the hotel.

Check-In and Orga Office

The check-in is open

• Wednesday 17:00-18:00 in the orga office
• Thursday 09:30-18:00 next to the elevators facing the reception on the ground floor of Maritim Hotel
• Friday and Saturday 10:00-18:00 in the orga office
• ... and during Icebreaker, Gala Dinner and Dine Arounds for those having booked them

The organisation office is in Martim Hotel on first floor in the room "Teneriffa A" next to the IBD meeting room

If you click on any event you have, you'll see the details as well as the directions how to get there.

We will have a guide for the events that picks up the group in Maritim Hotel; but you're welcome to go to the event on your own.

Badge and Public Transport

With your Badge you can use local transport in the region free of charge (Friday with Cologne included).

In short: all local transport in the VRR region that includes Düsseldorf ist covered all days; in addition on Friday VRS surrounding Cologne is included.

The QR code on the badge is for our iOS/Android app to make it easy for you to remember someone you met.

Tickets and Coupons

Near the Organisation Office we'll have a board where you can offer tickets for events.... or get some

In addition, quite a few event seats will be on offer in the organisation office.

Please do not forget your coupons for food & drink - we can't replace them on-site.

Retreat and Person of Trust

We have a room in Maritim hotel on second floor where you can find peace and quiet if needed and taking walk is not an option.

We have people of trust on-site. You can approach them if you feel uncomfortable - they have a button "Person of Trust".

Board Games

In Maritim we have a room Friday and Saturday open in the afternoon and all Sunday where you can play board games.
