Waiting List

Your booking will be on the waiting list after the automatic seat allocation following the wishing phase, if you reserved an event but didn't get a seat for that event or a colliding one (if you selected the same event at several dates, or several overlapping events).

In addition, later you can add yourself to the waiting list, if the event of your choice is fully booked and does not collide with one you have booked.

Reserve (Put Yourself on the Waiting List)

In the example above you see "Reserved" and that two people are already on the waiting list for the company tour.

Just to note: Any change you make to your booking will only be effective if you walk through the steps starting with the button "Change booking" at the bottom of the page up to the final confirmation button "Confirm reservation" or "Book with payment".

Seat got Available

If a seat gets available (in case of a group reservation the needed number of seats) the first person on the waiting list gets an email with the offer to accept that seat (or those seats) within three days.

If the offer is declined using the respective link in the email, or the offer expires the next one on the list gets an offer.

Please: If you are offered a seat and don't want it, please decline immediately that the next one of the waiting list does not have to wait so long.

Note

During the wishing phase all reservations are put on the waiting list, but before the seat allocation has been done the waiting list is on pause.

If during seat allocation you get some event, then all your reservations that collide with the allocated event are removed since you won't get an offer for them anyhow.

If you're offered a seat shortly before the closure of online booking the offer is only valid until booking closes.

If you want an update to e.g. see if your higher up on the waiting list, revisit the booking page and click on the button "Booking details by email".
