Cancellations

You can cancel events you booked, or remove yourself from a waiting list, by removing the value in the field "Booking status":

Cancelling an event booking works just like amending you booking as described on Amend Booking with the difference that you clear the booking status

... and then going through the steps to confirm the change of your booking.

Cancelling Everything (Attention)

The button "Cancel booking" at the bottom of the main event page will cancel the complete booking of the main event with all sub events!

Note on Cancelling

Until the end of the early booking phase you can cancel events at no cost – after that you can't cancel any booked events anymore.

If you're on the waiting list (booking status "reserved") you can take yourself off the waiting list at any time since you were not yet invoiced for that event.
